How come each time i try to read a post in the forum it say that i don't have a license... wich is not true... and there is no way to enter my purchase code...

Please make sure that you are Signed In to the Support Forums by checking the Top-Right corner of your Screen. If Sign-In appears, then you will need to Click that Link to Sign In and then everything should work normally.
