You are not Authorized to view this Ticket!

Question

Hi, I keep on getting the error: You are not Authorized to view this Ticket! when trying to view suport threads on this forum. I'm logged in and have plenty of licence term left.

Hello,

These Support Tickets are set to Private by the User for privacy and can only be accessed by the Owner of this Support Ticket and the Support Team, which is why you cannot view these Support Tickets.

Ah ok, thanks. It's unfortunate as a lot of the topics I'm trying to get help for are private so I can't see the fixes.
