Just purchased Canvas. Downloaded and unzipped files. Tried to use the DOWNLOAD.HTML for Revolution Slider and get an error message that I need to buy a New License. I thought the info on the demo page said it is included...why?

I am signed in...how else could I be on the forum.

Not happy at the start!

Hello,

Apologies about the Inconveniences caused!

This appears to be an issue with the Browser Cache. If you get the “Not Logged In” message on any Page even after you have successfully logged in, simply Refresh the Page or Clear your Browser Cache.

This will definitely fix the issue. Hope this Helps!

Let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues.

I cleared all data and cache and still get the same screen as I sent you before. I am using Firefox, have tried Safari...still the same results. What is so hard about this...in the screen I sent you if I click New License, of course it wants me to pay $16 again...not going to do that when I just paid. So, clearing cache and date (cookie and everything else) does not work.

Right now all I want is to set up the default portfolio. Probably don't need Revolution Slider for that but why do I not have the option of having RS.

So, what is the quickest way to get the default portfolio layout as show attached from your live demo exsamples.

P.S.--do you want my license code in the clear on this message?

Now I get an upload error for a 1.1 Mb screenshot. Really?

Even when I tried to edit the previous screenshot to reduce the attachment...I get the screen need a New License....

Hello,

Right now all I want is to set up the default portfolio. Probably don’t need Revolution Slider for that but why do I not have the option of having RS.

As mentioned earlier, there appears to be an issue with the Browser Cache and the Caching Plugin, we are looking into this. Meanwhile, we have already replied you with a Direct Link for download.

Now I get an upload error for a 1.1 Mb screenshot. Really?

Yes, this is to prevent SPAM. If you have a Screenshot or a Video larger than the allowed sizes, you can share them via Dropbox.

Even when I tried to edit the previous screenshot to reduce the attachment…I get the screen need a New License….

Editing Replies is not allowed at the moment. Meanwhile, we are working on displaying more user friendly error messages.

Now, coming to your Question:

Since Canvas is a Static HTML5 Template, you can simply use the portfolio-nomargin.html Template from the Package/HTML Folder and Copy/Paste the Portfolio Grid codes. For further edits, you will need to replace the Images and Title/URLs according to your needs. Example:

			[

![attachment](images/portfolio/4/1.jpg)

			](portfolio-single.html)

				[](images/portfolio/full/1.jpg)
				[](portfolio-single.html)

			[Open Imagination](portfolio-single.html)
			[Media](#), [Icons](#)

	...

For full Instructions, check out the Documentation > Portfolio Section.

Hope this Helps!

Finally, I can read your replies.

All seems readable now and not sure what you or I did, but it is working now...maybe I tried to get support within minutes of purchasing and even though I could long in and see the documentation and create one forum question...nothing worked after those initial attempts, until now...after a 6-hour period...was too busy at work to try again.

Thank you for your patience and I'm sticking with you.

Hello,

Thank You so much for your Continued Patience with us!

Apparently, a Popular Caching Plugin we have been using did a misconfiguration during an update which was causing this. We have now fixed the issues and everything should now be working normally.

Do let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues with Canvas.
