why cant i see some forum topics.

I have purchased the canvas template and have a 6 months support license, yet i cant view some topics like http://support.semicolonweb.com/forums/topic/is dashboard available with canvas html/

Hello,

You should be able to see all the Forum Topics except some of the Topics that have been marked private by the Topic Owners.

However, Simply refreshing the Page should also fix the issue if in some cases the Topics are not viewable.
