Where is this "excellent support" you advertise???

So 2 days ago you posted apologies for delayed support due to holiday and stated all inquiries would be answered with 12 hours. Which Holiday? Did i miss one? In USA only recent holiday was Halloween yesterday. Boo!

BUT you have still not answered ANYONES posts for a week now. I read them all so I too can get smart. But unfortuneately I am still dumb - for buying this theme/program with NO SUPPORT.

Now on themeforest you advertise excellent support. Where is it? There is NO support.
On themeforest you advertise well documented coding. There is no documentation worth anything.
On themeforest you advertise simple changes to coding. So where are the simple changes documentation?

Very very beautiful theme but NO thought of customer support.

Comments were being answered on the Themeforest page yesterday. It appears paid support on here takes a back seat.

so Mac- if I go onto envato I get support by making a "comment"? But by coming here to support I get ... nothing? Wow I wonder what I would get by giving 1 star on envato and describing the lack of support?

I will give them a chance to respond here on a timely basis with insightful information before calling them out publicly... but not much time. IMHO all support questions should be answered within 24 hours- even if its just to say "we are working on your issue and due to the technical nature we will need another 48 hours for our experts to analyse the code.". But instead they just ignore every post.

So here below is what you answered me over 24 hours ago. First you promised me 12 hour support, than you promised 6 hour support. 24 hours later and you have answered NONE of my questions. What would you call this support??? Good or bad? Some of my questions are almost a week old.
