Where are you guys (support team) located? Australia? India? San Francisco? I ask because your location is relevant to my waiting for reply in the future. I am in New York City area and obviously if you are in Australia or China it would be fruitless to expect a quick reply to a 10AM EST email. I would know to wait and check the following day for any reply.
