I cannot find the demo-xmas.php file used on the demo website in the themeforest download. Can you send, post a link or otherwise provide it? Thank you!
Where are the index.html or index.php files for the xmas demo?

You can simply use the demo-xmas.html File in the Package/HTML Folder.
