This issue has been ongoing now for a long time and supposedly a few lines of code will fix it. No updates yet. You are loosing customers as even the theme forest live demo has the issue.
Please let us know a time frame for a resolution otherwise I will need to choose another platform.

This issue was reported late last week! And now has been fixed. :) Please update to the Latest Version of Canvas. Thanks for your Patience.
