Hi Team

I want to build a WhatsApp link from the 360 degrees section, using the button, but I guess the class it's not the correct to do it. I've tried to update the code, but when I click the button the page is reloaded:

Hello,

To redirect users to a Link, an Anchor <a> Tag is used, not a Form Button. Use the following Code:

Please consider hiring a Freelancer to handle Customization Work for you.

Thanks but it doesn't help. Anyone can write an html hyperlink without CSS style. The css in this template is a real pain. Is possible to add the WhatsApp code in a button using CSS, but with your button classes, well...

I'm trying to do a simple landing page, with a couple of sections, and it takes several hours, and I can't change colors and font sizes, very simple attributes, not even after several questions in this forum. Also it's not responsive, and that's a big issue, on mobile, the landing page looks fuzzy and unreadable.

Why you said I've to hire freelance customization work? I made these customizations for several years without major issues, always helped by polite and patient support teams. Anyway, if you sell support services, please don't ask me to hire another support work. That's don't make sense and makes me feel cheated.

We Apologize about the Inconveniences caused! However, we would slightly disagree with you. We understand that the CSS may be a different approach with what you are used to, but if you get the hold of it, Customizing with Canvas will be incredibly easier.

Example: To use the Whatsapp Button, you can simply use the Combined Classes of the Buttons and the Social Icons:

And then use the following CSS in the css/custom.css File: 

.si-colored.si-whatsapp:not(:hover) { background-color: #25d366 !important; }

We would suggest you read the Documentation > Start Section once regarding the Template Structure and Customization and we assure you that the Customization will be much easier than it was before.
