What to upload other than the required files?

Hello. I am a newbie in web design. Just to pop up a question for now, other than the required HTML files, what other files needed to be uploaded? a demo (which I will edit according to my design)? And can the added files be zipped together with the required html files in order to be uploaded in the file manager in panel?

Many thanks

Natalia

Hello,

All the required files you need for your Website has been explained in the Documentation > Start > Installation and Documentation > Start > Niche Demos Section. You cannot ZIP the Files and upload it as your Server will not run the ZIP File to display your Website. You will need to first edit the Codes in a Text Editor like Sublime Text and then upload the Files to your Server using FTP.

This will definitely work fine. Hope this Helps!

Hello,

You can check out complete instructions in the Documentation > Start > Niche Demos Section.

If you are using a Niche Demo, they run on the native style.css and css/js Files and can be found in the Package/HTML Folder with the names: demo-{niche}.html Template.

These are the following Folders/Files you will need for the Niche Templates:

  • css/ Folder

  • images/ Folder (However, you can delete the Images inside this Folder according to your Preference, but don’t delete the images/icons/ Folder)

  • include/ Folder (However, you can delete the rs-plugin/ Folder)

  • js/ Folder

  • demos/{niche} Folder

  • style.css File

  • demo-{niche}.html File

You can simply delete the other files depending on what you want to use and replace the {niche} with the Niche Demo you want to use.

This will definitely work fine. Hope this Helps!

Hello,

We have just checked out your Website and there are still a lot of Files that are missing from your Servers which is causing these issues. You can check more details in your Browser’s Developer Console to check the List of Files missing and upload them to their appropriate locations.

This should automatically fix your issues. Hope this Helps!

Thank you for your reply: this is the screenshot of the files that I have uploaded. Can you please check if I have done it correctly?Thank you for your help :)

Hello,

There are many files that are missing inside these folders as well, which you will need to check through the Browser's Developer Console and then upload them.

Unfortunately, we currently do not provide Customization related Support according to the Item Support Policy: https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy . We are working on a Package Generator that will enable to you select an HTML File you need for your Website and it will Generate a Customized Package for you. We will release this within the next few days.

Hope this Helps!

Hello, I have managed to do it rightly for the non-demo and non one-page installation. As you can see from the screenshot when I put on the wedding-index.html they worked perfectly fine.

But not for the demo even though I have put every file as the installation guide, as you can see from the screenshot also. It seems that even though the demo niche is there with their respective images but it does not show on the actual website. I even tested it with brackets, the demo-pet.html works fine when I opened it with Brackets (using canvas downloaded) but the demo-pet.html copied from the Canvas HTML Package folder does not work properly in Brackets. They are missing the pictures.

Please look through the screenshot to understand my situation. How do I fix this? Thank you

Hello, I have managed to install the demos perfectly, Thanks. Just one more question, is the ONE PAGE applies for the same thing or does it require other files? Thank you

SSemicolon WebSTAFFFeb 7, 2020

Hello,

Glad that your issues were resolved. The One Page Module can be installed similarly. You can simply use the one-page.html File.

Hope this Helps!

Hello. I wanted to change the color scheme for the demo (resume) but even after I changed all the color in css/colors.css, only the button changed, but the background is not changed. How to change the color scheme for the demo? should I change it in colors.php?

Thank you

Please ignore the last question, I've figured that out, thanks.
