What would be a good CMS for editing my Canvas website? Is Joomla compatible? What about this one, designed for bootstrap? http://e107.org/
I'd really appreciate if you could give some advice on this because I haven't much knowledge.

They're coming out with Canvas for WordPress End of May to Mid-June.
Currently it's just HTML.
Not sure if they're coming out with a version for Joomla.

Canvas is Static HTML5/CSS3 Template and does not run on a CMS like WordPress or Joomla. You will need to use a Text Editor like Sublime Text or Notepad++ to Edit the Templates manually.
