When I purchased this template, support was very fast here.
I had to purchase a new subscription some weeks ago. It appears that support response times are totally different now. It can take 1 or 2 weeeks before getting an answer. I even see some messages from 4 weeks that have no answer.
What does actually happen? I think your customers would like to know. Thank you.
What happens with support? It takes so long or messages are ignored...

Apologies for the Delays in replying to the Support Tickets. We have had a major Support Team overhaul and decisions were being taken on continuing Support for Canvas HTML and taking Canvas to a different direction. We will be continuing with Canvas HTML in the future and will continue releasing updates and provide Support as expected. We apologize for the delays in this period.
