Hi, I have a problem with a website we're creating which doesn't respond to a change in orientation on the iPad using the Chrome browser.

Please see the movie I have created below. The address for the site is http://geddesaxe.co.uk/ptv1/index.html.

The 1st browser is Chrome and as you can see as I move the iPad from landscape to portrait, the website does not change. The 2nd browser ist Safari and as you can see it responds properly to the same website as it changes from landscape to portrait.

Can you please advise how we can get the behaviour displayed in Safari to work on Chrome on the iPad?

Many thanks,

Nick

Hello,

Thanks for reporting this but we are really not sure about this. We have checked this out on an iPhone and iPad with Chrome and the Orientation appears to be working perfectly fine for us: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1J0nhzYl1d6H1sEjGgjbmNU_qmON1fOJx/view?usp=sharing .

Also, there are no custom codes in the Template that would disable the Orientation Behavior on Chrome. Consider checking this with another iPad Device and let us know if the exists on that device as well so that we check more on this. Thanks for your Patience.

Meanwhile, do let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues with Canvas.
