I have read through all the forums about activation for visual editor and slider revolution but I still unable to activate my own. I know we don't get a code to activate, nor is it necessary to manually activate it but it still shows as "not active". (i followed this tutorial last https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-se-doc/install-the-plugin)

The visual-editor-extension.zip Extension is not required anymore as we have integrated this by default. So simply Install the Visual Editor Plugin following the default process and you will be able to use the Visual Editor without the need of any Manual Registration.
Additionally, since the New Slider link is active, means that the Visual Editor is already active and ready to use.
