view more projects code

I am using the op-tr-blank.html template.

1. Where do I find the "View more projects code" and instructions on implementing?
2. Where can i find the instructions on changing the icons?
3. When I remove the slider text, the entire section gets vertically smaller, how can i remove the sliders but keep the same height?
