First of all, love the theme, and the support is amazing.
I am wanting to add a video to the list of thumbnails on the product page. When you click it I want it to show up in the main preview of course.

This should be Definitely Possible but we would need a bit more information on this. Can you please let us know that whether you are planning to show an Embedded Video or a Video inside the Lightbox? Thanks for your Patience.

I want to do a video inside lightbox. So when they click it it will englarge and allow them to play. Just like the pictures work kinda.

This is Definitely Possible. You can simply add a Link to the Lightbox with the Youtube/Vimeo URL attached to it. Example:
