video "loop" in chrome

Hi, I have a video in swiper slide and the looping function doesn't work in google chrome .. in safari it works do you have any tip how to fix it? Thank you

We have also checked this out and it appears to be working fine in our Live Previews. Please make sure that the video is properly encoded as this should automatically fix the issue.
