I want to replace the infographic (big blue rectangle) with an MP4 animation, halfway this page:

How do I place the MP4 on this page? It should loop and it doesn't need sound.
On the Canvas template I see a way to embed Vimeo and HTML 5 solutions for full width and full screen sizes, but nothing in between.

Please consider using the HTML5 Video from this Template: http://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/media-embeds.html . The Codes will automatically fit the Width of the Container. Example:
