Video Header not working, loads Image instead on load

Question

Hi Support Team,

The video headers do not auto start when loading the following pages, please see links below.

Instead the load the poster or image and i have to click on the home icon on the top left in order for them to play.

Please help!

Hello,

We have just checked out your Website and the Video does not work because your Video Source is invalid. Please review the following code:

You are loading a .mov Video but the Type of the Video is defined as video/mp4 which is invalid. For HTML5 videos only .mp4 and .webm Formats are widely supported. Please convert your Video from .mov to any of the above formats and this should fix the issue.

Hi Semicolon, even after fixing the above, it still loads the page as follows when going to the webpage - www.equitosgroup.com

However, when i load the page as follows, https://www.equitosgroup.com/index it loads the video perfectly fine.

Is there a way to ensure that when the page loads it loads with the video and not the poster as mentioned in my previous ticket.

Please, any help would be appreciated.
