I was excited to see a new release of version 6 today, so I immediately downloaded it.
Went I tried to get to the changelog, I see that I now have to login to get to it, so I did. Here's the error message I received (1st screenshot) when I tried.
So, then I tried to get to a changelog from inside your support system. The same support system I am writing this ticket from and I didn't get any errors but received just an empty screen (see 2nd attached screenshot).
Hopefully, you put more attention to detail in fixing the problems in the software, than you did in creating this new way to see a simple changelog.
Why are you focused on making your user's life miserable, instead of improving it?
