Using Dreamweaver to upload my site - some problems

css\bootstrap.css - error occurred - An FTP error occurred - cannot put bootstrap.css. Access denied. The file may not exist, or there could be a permission problem. Make sure you have proper authorization on the server and the server is properly configured.
style.css - Put operation successful
/public_html/images/icons/ - error occurred - Unable to create server folder /public_html/images/icons/. Access denied. The file may not exist, or there could be a permission problem. Make sure you have proper authorization on the server and the server is properly configured.
images\icons\close.png - user cancelled

Operation cancelled.
Files updated: 2
Files with errors: 2
css\bootstrap.css
/public_html/images/icons/

Apologies about the Inconveniences caused!

However, this issue is not related to Dreamweaver or Files, but the Permissions on your Server:
Make sure you have proper authorization on the server and the server is properly configured

You can also try changing the Permissions of the Files on your Local System to Read & Write by Everyone.
