Hi there,
Does purchasing Canvas also include access to http://rsvisualeditor.themepunch.com? And if so, what would be the username and password to login (see attachment)?

Access to http://rsvisualeditor.themepunch.com is not included, however, you can install this Plugin on your own Domain/Localhost for use and Plugin Files have been included within the Package. You can simply Download it here: https://drive.google.com/uc?export=download&confirm=TTLI&id=0B8_nVncz0cF0Nkk0U3Zaa2liWE0 and install it according to the Documentation available here: https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-se-doc/install-the-plugin/ .
Additionally, the visual-editor-extension.zip Extension is not required anymore as we have integrated this by default. So simply Install the Visual Editor Plugin following the default process and you will be able to use the Visual Editor without the need of any Manual Registration.
