Use of quick contact forms

Question

Hello,
I am trying to use the quick contact form in the "footer-3.php" page. I readed the documentation step by step, but I am not receiving any mail. My server supports php mail. If I try to use as is it, I receive the OK confirmation, but never receive email; if I try to use SMTP Authentication, the loader appears and doesn't dissapear, and no message received.

What I am doing wrong?
