Hello..
First off, love the template.
I modified an index page, saving it as index-3e.html.
I have not modified any css files.
I uploaded via Filezilla FTP to my host and it displays incorrectly.
I am using Dreamweaver to edit the code. And when previewing via Dreamweaver my changes look great.
I have read through the documentation but can't seem to figure it out.
Any chance you can review and advise?

We have just checked out your Website and the Main Stylesheet: http://3eworkwear.com/style.css does not exist on your Servers which is why your Page is not being displayed correctly. Simply upload this File to your Web Servers and this issue will be automatically resolved.
