Hello SC,

I am unable to send forms from the site I created. It just sticks with the processing circle. This particular site is hosted with Register.com, so we actually paid them to look at it and they claim it is the PHP Mailer. See below...

"Thank you for contacting Network Solutions. While we appreciate your interest in MyTime Support services, we are unfortunately unable to complete your request:

I had a look at the site files to make sure everything was setup properly. The calls to the mailer and method all appear to be correct. The issue appears to be in the mailer itself. This is unfortunately not something that MyTime Support can troubleshoot."

You will probably need this...

Hello,

The Codes in the include/form.php File appears to be fine but since this File is returning a 500 Internal Server Error which is an indication that this is a Server Configuration issue.

Please consider adding the .customjs Class to the .form-widget DIV in the HTML Codes and then following code at the very top of your include/form.php File after the opening php tags:
[ch_pre type="php"]error_reporting(E_ALL);[/ch_pre]

which should display all the possible errors. Please notify us about the Error Message you see, after going through the process above, so that we can provide you with more assistance on this. Thanks for your Patience.

Meanwhile, do let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues with Canvas.

I am uncertain how to do the first part, "Please consider adding the .customjs Class to the .form-widget DIV in the HTML Codes"
The second part is complete.

Hello,

We have checked out your Codes and it appears to be an issue with your PHP Version. Please make sure that your PHP Version is more than 6.0 or preferably the Latest Version. Then let us know if this fixes the issue. Thanks for your Patience.

I have updated the PHP version and the problem still remains. Please advise.

Hello,

Since your PHP File was still not displaying any errors, we checked each line of code and the issue turned out to be with the missing , comma in your codes. We have attached a screenshot.

We have fixed this and it appears to be working fine now. We recommend double checking your Custom Codes to prevent these kind of unnecessary issues. Additionally, we recommend you to check the Form Setup Instructions: https://docs.semicolonweb.com/docs/forms/form-setup/ and include the Botcheck Field as provided in the Default Files to prevent issues.

Hope this Helps!

Let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues.

I just attempted to try both the forms and neither of them seem to be functional. Is there something else I need to do?

SSemicolon WebSTAFFFeb 3, 2022

Hello,

We have checked the Codes and the issue was due to the Core Codes of the Form Processor being changed which was preventing the Form from being sent. We recommended not editing anything in the Core Codes of the Form Processor except what is being mentioned in the Documentation, exception being if you know what you are editing, as this is not included in the Support Policy due to the issues being arising only due to the Code Customization.

We have now fixed the issue and everything should work as expected. Also, we have noticed that there are many HTML Validation errors on your Page: https://validator.w3.org/nu/?doc=https%3A%2F%2Fleadsauto.com%2Fnew%2Findex.html which you should definitely consider fixing as this may cause unexpected issues.

Hope this Helps!

That is very peculiar, as I did not edit any of that code. For some reason the form still is not working on my end, it just gets stuck and that is both forms. I tried it in different browsers and on my mobile device still with no luck.

CcustomertrackFeb 6, 2022

I was able to get both of them to work. Please disregard my last message. Thanks for all your help!
