Hi,
I installed and run Canvas Template. But I get a "TypeError: jQuery.easing [jQuery.easing.def] is not a function" error.
I'm using base href and I have htaccess definitions.

Actual url: tekisik.org/website/index
htaccess url: tekisik.org/index

Note: I am not getting the error with the actual url.

Thank you.
Good work.

Hello,

We are not sure what is causing this issue but it appears to be a misconfiguration in your .htaccess File which is causing this as the either the File is appearing to be returning a 404 Page Not Found error or is not encoded properly. Please provide us with a Live URL so that we can check out the exact issue and provide you with more assistance on this. Thanks for your Patience.

Meanwhile, do let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues with Canvas.

Error file: plugins.js line 46.

Due to the error;

  • Web site enters endless loop
  • Menu does not work in mobile version,
  • Tab menu is working incorrectly (I have added to files)

Note :
1 - The htaccess file is in the main directory.

Hello,

The issue is with the Conflict between BASE URL and the Tabs. They are not compatible with each other and you will need to use the following code for the Tabs instead:

- [Why Us?](http://www.idesa.com.tr/CanvasTemplate/index#construction-tab-1)

- [Work Ethic](http://www.idesa.com.tr/CanvasTemplate/index#construction-tab-2)

- [Team](http://www.idesa.com.tr/CanvasTemplate/index#construction-tab-3)

- [Locations](http://www.idesa.com.tr/CanvasTemplate/index#construction-tab-4)

Make sure that the URL of the Tab always matches the URL of the Page where the Tab is located.

This will definitely work fine. Hope this Helps!

Let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues.
