Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Document not active

revolution.extension.video.min.js:7 Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Document not active
at T (revolution.extension.video.min.js:7)
at HTMLVideoElement.<anonymous> (revolution.extension.video.min.js:7)

I checked with documentation but could not found any solution, it would be great if you please let me know how would we resolve this?
or Am i missing anything? I have integrated everything properly and this is the only error i can see in browser console.
