Hello, I'm having issues with getting the Twitter feed widget working. I've added the API Keys and access tokens from my Twitter developer account and everything seem fine on my end. But I get a 500 HTTP error code from that request.
Please assist me with making this work.

Thanks,
Rafael

Hello, I've tried regenerating the keys and updating the tweets.php file with the new keys and still I'm getting a 500 error code. Not sure what else to try. Please assist me with this, thanks.

Hello,

We have checked out your Codes and the cURL Module appears to be disabled or not installed on your Servers. Make sure that it is installed as it required for both Twitter and Contact Forms to work.

Hope this Helps!

Let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues.

Hello, I've installed the cURL module on my server but the Twitter widget and the contact form are still not working. Could you please check again if something else is missing on my server? I'm getting the same 500 Internal Server Error as before.

Thanks for the assistance,
Rafael

Hello,

We have checked out your Website and cURL is still not installed or enabled on your Servers. Once cURL is installed/enabled, it should display here: https://test.yucatan.legal/include/twitter/tweets.php .

Hope this Helps!

Hello, I will need your help once again, please. I've made sure to install the cURL PHP module this time. The thing is I'm not getting any error code for the Twitter widget anymore. Also, when I submit the contact form, it redirects my page to a white page response and I'm still not getting the email delivered to the recipient email address.

Thanks,
Rafael

Hello,

We have fixed the issue related to Twitter Feed and Contact Forms.

The issue with redirect when submitting the Contact Forms is related to JS Conflict on the Page. Make sure that your Google Maps API Keys are Valid and the issue with the Contact Forms will be automatically resolved. We recommend you to check the Browser Console for Errors.

Additionally, we have noticed that the Files on your Server have default permissions of 644 which causes permission errors. We recommend setting this to 755.

Hope this Helps!

Hello, I confirm the Twitter widget is now working, and the Google Maps widget also works fine now after adding the API key, huge thanks for that.
However, I'm still having trouble with the following:

  • When I submit the contact form I still get a redirect to a blank page with a response.
  • The email from the contact form is not being delivered to the recipient.
I've changed the permissions for the contact form files to 755, but if you need to change any other permissions please do.

Thanks for the help,
Rafael

Hello,

  1. Remove the .customjs Class from the .form-widget Element.

  2. This issue could be related to your Servers blocking outgoing mails. Please consider using SMTP instead. You can find more setup details here: https://docs.semicolonweb.com/docs/forms/form-setup/#docs-snippet-php .

Hope this Helps!

Hello, I'm having a weird issue with the Twitter widget. For a while, I was using the Doritos account just to pull data and use it as a placeholder, but now I'm having to pull data from https://twitter.com/mexicond and it won't load in the widget after changing the username. I've tried with several other usernames and none would load but just the Doritos account. I can't figure out what's wrong so would appreciate assistance figuring this out.

Thanks,
Rafael

Hello,

This is a chmod permission issue. Your include/twitter/cache/ Folder is not writeable which is why this is not working. Please this Folder writable and all the contents inside it.

This will definitely fix the issue and will work with any Twitter Username. Hope this Helps!

Hello, I confirm the Twitter widget is working, thanks!
On the other hand, I'm still having trouble with making the contact form function.
I've set up a Mailgun account and got the domain verified. Also, I added the SMTP credentials to the form.php file and set permissions to 755 but I'm still getting a POST 500 (Internal Server Error) code when trying to use the form, and no email is being received. Can I get some help with this?

The SFTP access details are the following:
IP: 111.90.159.242
user: master
pwd: 6UPhYAh6T&tT
port: 55000
path: /var/www/yucatan.legal/

Thanks,
Rafael
