Twitter Widget

I’m having trouble with the Twitter Widget. It is only showing the loading gif. I have followed the instructions in the documentation, ensuring I created the Tokens and Consumer Keys. I updated my tweets.php with the Token Keys and Consumer Keys and uploaded it to the server. I also ensured that my cache folder was uploaded and permissions set to 755. Can you please advise?

Many thanks

Can anyone help with this?

The Network Tab of your browser insepctor is your friend ^^

If you look at the cross host requests (XHR), you will see that a call is sent to 'tweets.php' to start the collection of your tweets, but the file responds with an error:

**Fatal error**: Call to undefined function curl_init() in **E:\kunden\homepages\18\d196521024\www\include\twitter\oauth\twitteroauth.php** on line **195**

Your problem is that your host has not configured or installed or given permission for you to use CURL.
CURL is the function responsible for sending a request over the internet to twitter to get your tweets. As CURL is not functioning, the request is never being made. You need to speak to your host about CURL requests.

Hope this helps.
