Trying To Customize HTML Forms

Hello,

I'm trying to further customize the forms with different fields and field names and also my own custom form validation. I need to have the input fields to match the template layout. When I further customize the form or change the form action from "form.php" to another page that can process the information that is posted in the form does not submit to the other action page. Here is an example page https://www.navajoantelopecanyon.com/AACT/SightTour1.html

Scroll down and click on Book Tour 1 to see one of the forms I'm trying to customize.

Hello,

Simply use your Custom Forms without the .form-widget Class Wrapper DIV as this Class forces AJAX. Moving your Form Codes outside this DIV will automatically fix this issue.
