I wanted to send out a newsletter with Mail Chimp.
They provide the code for an embedded subscription form, and I added it to the footer section of my page but it is not displayed properly on my site.
The 'submit/subscribe' button is missing.
Please advise.

We have tried checking out your Website but there is no Button Element in the Mailchimp Embed Codes. Canvas's codes do not block or remove any 3rd Party Codes. We would recommend you to check this again using a Blank HTML Page without any Canvas Codes and see if you are seeing the same issue.
