Hi,

I am having trouble with my transparent headers. When I use any transparent header with any of the menu styles, and scroll down the page a bit and then refresh the page, if I scroll back up to the top, the header will have a chunck of the image missing.

In another post, you mentioned that this problem has been resolved in the latest release of Canvas. I actually downloaded the latest release yesterday, July 20st 2020, and the problem is in the canvas template itself as shown in the attached picture. I tested this on a MacOS >> Chrome, Safari & Firefox as well as Win10 >> Chrome and Edge.

Please help!

Hello,

Thanks for your Patience and Apologies about the Inconveniences caused!

We have tried checking this out and while there definitely is a Gap in the Image when refreshing the Header on the Middle of the Page, this appears to be fixing itself when scrolling up: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1UAs6G6kSLd2dNvcsumg8QCY6MASs3Rrf/view?usp=sharing .

Nonetheless, we are still working on this and trying to check this on every browser and different use cases. We will reply you with more findings very soon. Thanks for your Patience.

Meanwhile, do let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues with Canvas.
