Translate in file input field

Can you please let us know which File Input field you are using? Whether the native HTML one or the Custom Component, so that we can provide you with more accurate assistance. But please note, currently, native HTML inputs will only take default browser language of the user. So an Italian user will see those texts in Italian language.
