Hello, I control the credit-card and bought renewed support, but I want someone else to be able to access the support forum and ask questions. But it seems only linked to my Envato account and I don't want to give away saved creditcards etc.
Is that possible? This must be relevant for any company with more than one employee...

We totally understand but unfortunately this is currently not supported since Envato APIs does not work in this way and Our Support Forums are integrated completely with the Envato APIs. We will surely try finding an alternate solution for this.
