Top social links with revolution slider

Question

Can you tell me why the top social links do not always expand on the mouse over. Sometimes when doing a refresh of the page it will be ok and sometime it will stop working. If the social icons are not expanding, if I resize the browser window, it will then start to expand properly. This seems to occur with the revolution slider. I did some test with the Canvas Swiper Slider and I did not have this problem.
