Hello,

Unfortunately, this functionality is currently not support on Mobile Devices. Currently, only the Default Sticky Headers are supported on Mobile Devices. You will need to add Custom Codes to make this work.

Let us know if we can help you with anything else or if you find any further issues.

Hello,

Features from Newer Versions of Canvas cannot be used on Older Version. We have checked your Website and you are Canvas 5.x which is almost 9 months old. Currently Canvas is at v6.1.4.

There is already an Option to make Header Sticky on Mobile Devices in Canvas v5.x. Simply add the .sticky-responsive-menu Class to the `` Tag. Example:
[ch_pre]<body class="stretched sticky-responsive-menu">[/ch_pre]

This will definitely work fine. Hope this Helps!
