Hi,

I'm almost done creating my website on version 5.9 which I downloaded earlier to start building.

I've added a dropdown list to the top-links on top-bar to be able to change the language to custom pages.
However the drop down version works on desktop.. and not on mobile.

On mobile, the top bar drop down list appears, but when I click it loads the url on the logo, (which is right under the dropdown list)

Could you help out.

I was told on the comments section to upgrade to 6.. but I'm not sure how t do that..

Cheers,

Cham

Also, the in the comments section I found some advice to add extra code in the functions.js.
That is already there in the version I'm using, so it doesn't work as well.

I've made a sample link over here
http://www.esprit.lk/index-1.html

In this.. the desktop works fine.
But in mobile, it doesn't.

I've removed the url on the logo... if that was there.. on mobile it clicks through the language drop down and opens the urol on the logo instead.

Thank you.

Since you are using an Older Version of Canvas, consider following this solution: http://support.semicolonweb.com/forums/topic/language-change-does-not-work-on-mobile/#post-16933 . This should fix this issue on v5.x.

Additionally, these bugs are already fixed in the Latest Versions of Canvas. So currently Bugs can only be address by updating to the Latest Versions according to this Migration Guide: http://docs.semicolonweb.com/docs/upgrading-v5-to-v6/migration/ .

Hope this Helps!
