top-links - not working (sort of)

There is a problem with top-links on this page: http://wcc.fotografics.eu

and I cannot figure out what is wrong. Nothing happens on hover or on click.

Though it does seem to work in tablet (vertical) view and smaller.

It has "fixed" itself....
