too many items in shopping cart dropdown, no scrolling, can't get to button

Question

if a customer of mine puts enough items into their cart, they can't reach the button to go to the cart page either on mobile or on desktop. is it possible to get a patch to turn this on? Cheers, Dan

This is Definitely Possible! Simply consider using the following code:

<div class="top-cart-items" style="max-height: 250px; overflow-y: scroll;">
