I have added timepicker in my site but it is not setting current time by default. Please tell me the solution to set current time by default.

Hello,
Currently, the Time is set to 00:00:00 by Default by the Plugin itself. Check here: http://eonasdan.github.io/bootstrap-datetimepicker/Functions/#usecurrent . Only the Current Date is set by default.
