I use the http://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/index-magazine.html and the thumbs on slider are displayed in two lines.
Can I display the thumbs and slider as the https://www.mou.gr/el/Pages/Default.aspx

Hello,
This Design Functionality is currently not implemented into this Template out of the Box. While this functionality is included with the Package: http://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/flex-with-carousel-thumbs.html, you will need to manually implement this within the Magazine Template. Use the flex-with-carousel-thumbs.html Template from the Package/HTML Folder.
This will definitely work fine. Hope this Helps!
