Hey.
Im not a first time user of WordPress, and have never had a problem downloading and uploading a theme, as it should be one of the simplest things to do. But, this theme does not include the "download WordPress only file".. I can not find this file to upload..

Really Apologize for the Inconveniences but this is not a WordPress Theme but a Static HTML5/CSS3 Template so this cannot be installed on WordPress.
You can find WordPress related Themes only in the WordPress Category.
Meanwhile, do let us know if we can help you with anything else.
