The scroll down on the darkened background isn't working on tablet and mobile

The darkened background section from the index about me section works on the desktop when I scroll down but when I design for tablet and mobile the scroll stops working.

Hello,

We have just checked this out on iPad, iPad Pro and iPhone 11, and it appears to be working perfectly fine for us. The Image is covering the entire area of the Counters, but the Parallax is disabled for Performance Reasons (this is done by default on Mobile Device) to avoid issues when scrolling using touch.
