Hi, sorry first for my bad english.
I have recently purchased the latest version of canvas and I am configuring the contact form, reviewing the code, I need a file that is not included in the zip of the downloaded package and I get this error:
The requested URL /include/sendemail.php was not found on this server.
Where can I get the necessary files so that everything works correctly? It seems strange to me that it does not come in downloaded file.

We Really Apologize about the Inconveniences caused!
It appears that 3 of the Templates in the Package which used the Forms are not updated to the Latest Version which might have occurred when updating these Files for some underlying issues! We are looking into this issue and will provide you with a Solution and the updated Files shortly. Stay Tuned!

We have checked out the Package Files and found there were no reference to the include/sendemail.php File so this should not cause issues. Can you please provide us with a Live URL or the name of the Template where you are encountering this error so that we can check out the exact issue and provide you with more assistance on this. You can check any file included in the package inside the HTML folder for contact forms (contact.html, contact-5.html, etc) and you can see that the form's submission refers to a file that is non-existent according to what I you say
If there is no such file, can you tell me what file corresponds to the --> action="" <-- tag inside the form?
What I need is to be able to collect some data of the client (name, mail, telephone and message) and that it arrives at a gmail account or any other provider, simply that.

It appears that you have been using some Old Package Files as the Latest Package Files are completely updated and do not contain these Old Files or any references to them. Please make sure that you have Downloaded the Latest Version from here: https://themeforest.net/downloads and Update your Files to the Latest Version.
This will automatically fix all your issues related to this. Hope this Helps!

Hi, I'm trying to set up the form submission in a simple way from Canvas | The Multi-Purpose HTML5 Template last version and I need the necessary documentation to configure with the parameters of my mail account of my server the files of the directory / include for phpmailer etc.
You could provide this documentation to me since in support / documentation I have only found things related to the design of the web.
