The "rounded-skill" on mobile

Greetings!

The "rounded-skill" part looks great on a pc but it's shrinks and looks ugly on a mobile device. You can refer to the screenshot attached.

Can this be fixed somehow?

The fix worked for me.
You don't need to edit the css/responsive.css file.

The only file you need to edit is the js/functions.js
