I have re-titled my page to my own website data.
But... when I text someone my link from my phone I get the old page title showing up in the text
so right underneath my link it says "Home- Full Screen Image | Canvas"
but I had removed all of that from my page docs.
Is it in one of the CSS files?

This should not happen and it might be a Temporary Cache Issue since as soon as you change the Title on your Page, all the Links will show your Custom Title. Please try this out again and this should work fine. If this is still not working fine for you, please provide us with a Live URL so that we can check out the exact issue and provide you with a more accurate solution for this. Thanks for your Patience.
