We have just checked these out for you and the Transitions appear to be working fine for us and in the same way as in the Developer's Website: https://daneden.github.io/animate.css/ . Can you please provide us with a Screencast of the Issue so that we can provide you with further assistance.
Additionally, please make sure that your Browser's Add-ons are not blocking this. And also consider checking the Default Files for the same issue.
