I think I'm missing something basic. Many of the pages have "Terms of Use" and "Privacy" links in the footer, but it is not clear to me where the actual text for those items should go. The links just seem to point to the top of the page.

The Links added in the Footer Area are only for Demonstration Purposes to give an idea of how it will look or how you can add similar links in that area. You will need to add content for the Terms of Use and Privacy Sections manually.
