I bought the template on August 3rd. Since then,every week, this new website (http://versustecnologia.com/inovetec/), built with template canvas, stops working. In order to work again, I have to upload the functions.js file. How to solve this problem?

Hello,

This appears to be a issue with your Web Hosting but not with the Canvas Template. Please consider contacting your Web Hosting Provider regarding this issue as they should be able to fix this for you.

Hope this Helps!

The same mistake happened again. As I had already explained. Look at the 'console'. That's on Canvas.

Hello,

We tried checking out your Website and the we received an Error with the jQuery File not found (screenshot attached). But then we refreshed the Page, the problem disappeared which leads us to believe that the issue is definitely with your Servers. Please contact your Web Hosting Provider regarding this because the Files are completely static and should not cause any issues. We would also like to suggest you to check out the Files offline to see if you still face this issue. Additionally, please upload the js/plugins.js File again as it should automatically fix the issue.

Hope this Helps!

This is a Chrome orientation:

"https://www.chromestatus.com/feature/5749447073988608

A single piece of javascript that has widely been distributed across the web has prevented Chrome from launching a much asked for an interoperable scrolltop behaviour. This javascript code with the interoperable behaviour incorrectly tries to scroll the body element.

As of May 15, 2017 approximately 1400 sites of the top 470k use this javascript code. Roughly 0.3% of the top sites."

You are using plugin with error.

Hello,

Our Live Preview uses the exactly same codes provide to you. Do you also face an issue here: http://themes.semicolonweb.com/html/canvas/intro.php or Offline? Please let us know what you find because it will help us getting to the core of your issue.

Regarding, the Smooth Scroll, you can simply delete the function ssc_init() Function Block from the js/plugins.js File. Thanks for your Patience.

Hello,

The File you have provided to us works perfectly fine on Our Live Previews and Our Development Versions. We have gone through each and every code on your Website to check what is going wrong and we have found the issues which is with your Customized Codes. The Default Layout of the Code Structure have not been followed. The JS Linkings in the Default Files that comes with the Package are at the very bottom of the Page after the #wrapper end tag but in your Customized Version, they are placed inside the #wrapper Tags. Please make sure that you follow the Default HTML Structure of the Templates that come with the Package to ensure that there are no issues.

This will automatically fix your issues. Hope this Helps!

I followed your directions. I put the JS at the end of the structure, but it keeps giving error. See, now the site is up and running again with error.

JjamurespindulaOct 25, 2017

I waited for 3 days and got no return. At that time my client's site was in error. It just came back up, when I did the uplod of the plugins folder. Sorry, but I need more attention and faster.

Hello,

We have checked out your Website and the issues are mostly because of the Customizations you have made just like earlier when the Default HTML Structure was not followed and the JS Scripts were inside the #wrapper Container. Similarly, the current error is because the contactForm: function(), subscription: function() and quickContact: function() Function Blocks are commented out in the js/functions.js File. If you do not want to use these functions, then also delete the following codes in the js/functions.js File:

SEMICOLON.widget.contactForm();
SEMICOLON.widget.subscription();
SEMICOLON.widget.quickContact();

This should definitely fix the issue. Hope this Helps!
