Hi. on the tab example webpages, all of the tabs provide an example that one of the tabs are automatically collapsed. BTW, I did remove the "active" on the first tab.
Is there a way that none of the tabs are collapsed upon loading of page? If not possible, is there a different format (not tab) that I can use that is similar?

This is currently not supported out of the Box. You can consider making further customizations according to the Tab Options available here: https://api.jqueryui.com/tabs/ .
You will need to manually code this or Hire a Freelancer to help you out.
